NOTICE TO ALL EXISTING AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS

Whilst currently the UK continues to experience its worst economic climate since WWII, we will not accept any fare increase imposed by the Uttlesford Licensing Committee,including the increase imposed in June this year.

Our plea to the Committee that this increase could not be justified and was not in the best interest of the traveling public did not persuade the Licensing Committee to put the Uttlesford Community interests first.

We apologise for this and ensure you we will continue to be the only evening taxi operater on the pre-increase flag rate making us the cheapest fare flag rate available on Audley End taxi rank.

Rates (taxi service)

First  mile £ 3.00*cheapest available
Each additional mile £1.80

Rates are as Rate 1 for up to and including 4 passengers before midnight

Waiting time until modnight

All pre 7am taxi journeys are priced at min charge of £20 for 1 -5 passenger

 £40 per hour

Stansted Airport shuttle service..£25 each way from / to Saffron Walden

Additional information

There is no additional charge for extra passengers. Up to four passengers may ride in a saloon taxi for the price of one.

 

All Private hire bookings are priced from our base of operation at Audley End Station Wendens Ambo
